Rempah ratus asli Timur Tengah warisan dari ibu saya yang telah menggunakan resepi ini dalam masakan kegemaran keluarga. Beberapa generasi sebelumnya.

The Method of Cooking Mandi Lamb, Chicken or Beef

1. Dice 2 numbers of big onion and clean garlic about 12 numbers.
2. Heat up the cooking oil on the pot under medium heat, and then add the clean garlic till light brown colour. After that add the dice onion and saute till the aroma comes up.
3. Add about 3 1/2 table spoon of Chef Ammar Kabsah Spices into the onion and garlic. Saute till the aroma of the spices comes up, make sure do not burn the spices.
4. Add the desire meat (2 kg) mix it till the meat it is covered with the spices. Saute for about 3 minutes. Cover the meat with cold water and cooked under high heat for about 45 minutes and skim the foam every 15 minutes, and after that reduce the heat and cook it for about 1 1/4 hours or till the meat is tender.
